Description

The Model MiniHiCon-HP High Concentration Ozone Analyzer is based on a proprietary gas sensing technology configured in the most rugged enclosures making it ideal for use in demanding harsh industrial applications. The measurement is made based on state of the art and proven UV Light Absorption Technology.

The MiniHiCon-HP is ideal for measuring accurately and reliably High Concentrations ozone gas produced by any generator. When combined with IN USA’s proprietary Sample Conditioning system Model SC-010-R the MiniHiCon-HP is suitable for measuring the off gas from any wet process. It can be used in line or side stream.

The MiniHiCon-HP analyzer incorporates patented no moving parts and innovative dual-optical path sensing technology to provide unparalleled performance and reliability. With its built-in pressure and temperature sensors the ozone concentration measurement is compensated for the process pressure and temperature. The measurement is provided in weight % and g/Nm3 units of measure.

At the heart of the MiniHiCon-HP is a state of the art Microprocessor configured with a 24 character LCD Alphanumeric Display, Isolated Analog Output, Bi-Directional Digital Interface, User Programmable high and low alarms, two DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) Alarm Relays, Fail Safe Alarm Relay, Remote AutoZero capability and many other features making it very easy to integrate into any industrial application.
